The clear base makes it easy to monitor soap levels, and it has a large opening that makes refilling easy and mess-free. Otto's 280ml/9.5fl oz capacity can be filled with liquid hand soap by combining soap and water (1-part liquid soap with 5-parts water) to create foaming soap.
